Moliceiro boats are traditional colorful boats originally used for seaweed harvesting, now offering tourist cruises through Aveiro's canals. These distinctive boats feature painted decorations and provide unique perspectives of the city's waterfront architecture.
The drive takes approximately 1 hour total, traveling through Portugal's beautiful countryside and river valleys. The route offers scenic views of traditional Portuguese landscapes, small villages, and agricultural areas.
Ovos moles are Aveiro's traditional sweet delicacy made from egg yolks and sugar, often shaped like seashells or fish. These UNESCO-recognized sweets are available throughout the city and make perfect souvenirs of your visit.
