“Wir waren äußerst zufrieden mit der Qualität des Services, den wir von Day Trip erhalten haben. Wir hatten zwei Fahrten mit Day Trip, am 31. August von Athen nach Lefkada und am 7. September von Lefkada zurück nach Athen. Beide Fahrten beinhalteten Stopps an landschaftlich reizvollen Orten in Griechenland. Beide Fahrer waren ausgezeichnet und entgegenkommend. Besonders möchten wir jedoch Panos Peppas hervorheben, der unser Fahrer von Lefkada nach Athen war. Panos war unglaublich nett und angenehm und bot herausragenden Kundenservice, der das Tragen unseres gesamten Gepäcks, die Bereitstellung von kaltem Wasser während der Fahrt, das Bereitstellen von Proteinriegeln, das Aushändigen von Informationsmaterial über den Korinthkanal (einen der landschaftlichen Stopps), das Nachschlagen und Weitergeben von Terminal- und Gate-Informationen für unseren Rückflug sowie das Bereitstellen eines Rezepts für Tzatziki umfasste.”

“Gonzalo von Daytrip war unser Fahrer und er war absolut großartig. Er hat alles gegeben, um uns zu finden, da unser Handysignal nicht besonders gut war. “Marianna holte uns ab, um uns von Heraklion nach Chania zu fahren. Das Wetter war schrecklich und deshalb kam Marianna ein paar Minuten zu spät. Sie kontaktierte mich, um mich darüber zu informieren. Marianna lebt in Chania und machte unsere Fahrt sehr interessant, indem sie uns über lokale Aktivitäten und Sehenswürdigkeiten in Chania erzählte. Marianna ist eine sichere Fahrerin und wir fühlten uns alle wohl mit ihrer Fahrweise und Geschwindigkeit, selbst bei starkem Regen. Sie ist eine sehr nette Person und spricht fließend Englisch. Neapel nach Pompeji und weiter nach Sorrent

“Fabelhafter Service und eine gute Entscheidung, da mein Mann und ich in den frühen 60ern sind. Wir erhielten die Details des Fahrers, Mariano, den Typ und das Kennzeichen des Autos, aber er wartete mit einem freundlichen Lächeln am Ende des Bahnsteigs auf uns. Wir hatten einen zweistündigen Stopp in Pompeji gebucht und konnten unser Gepäck im Auto lassen, was ein Bonus war. Ein paar Witze über den letzten Ausbruch des Vesuvs und Gespräche über Sehenswürdigkeiten. Mariano kontaktierte den Besitzer unserer Buchung in Sorrent und wir wurden abgeholt, da es keinen Fahrzeugzugang zu unserer Unterkunft gab. Vielleicht teurer im Vergleich zu Bus- oder Zugtransfers, aber wir fanden, dass es das wert war, unser Gepäck nicht herumschleppen zu müssen. Würde es weiterempfehlen und wieder buchen, wenn wir zurückkehren.”
